Aachen near the city hall on Good Friday. I sacrificed a lot of the detail to get the entire width of Rathaus Aachen into the frame for the second photo.
Aachen is perhaps most famous for its cathedral, built between 793 and 798 on the orders of Charlemagne.
Spent a beautiful Saturday in the Spreewald. We took a punting boat tour from Lübbenau to the village of Lehde, where many of the houses are only accessible by boat.
St. Katharinenkirche (officially the Kirche die Sankt Katharina und Amalberga) in Brandenburg Neustadt. Founded in the 12th century as the parish church for the village of the new town. ('neu' here being the year 1180). It is a prime example of north German late Gothic archtecture.

I missed my goal in the Bookish 2020 Reading Challenge. I didn’t even make bsic Book Nerd, let alone to the Max Power. Back in January of what we now call the Before Times, I somehow thought that reading two books a month would be a piece of cake.
