A word from the dog

Hey,

Hey! Uh … could you look down here for a minute?

I’m sorta sleepy, but also sorta want you to pet me.

I’m tired. Remember when it was just you and me?

(And, well yeah, that other dog, too, I guess). But mostly you and me – home alone. Girl Human and Small Human were gone for hours. You would always let us have Second Breakfast.

Now everyone is here all the time. I love everyone. I get walks every day. I’ve jogged with the Man every morning since April.

But …

No more Second Breakfast. No more Lunch.

I am tired now. So tired..

And, I miss bacon.
